This is a list of fine multicultural children’s literature, categorized by grade levels under the seven Heartwood attributes. The list was developed to help teachers and librarians build collections of literature with ethical themes. Each entry includes the following information: attribute, grade levels, title, author, illustrator, publisher and date, culture and secondary attribute, if applicable. Your recommendations for additional literature are welcome!
