These instruments were developed for past Heartwood evaluations. You may
download, print, copy and use them. Note that the Student Survey (Primary level)
is intended for early readers (it is difficult for K/1). Heartwood Institute has initiated a project to develop an improved "toolkit" for evaluating the impact of your Heartwood program.
